About us: The Strawberry Point Lutheran Home's Memory Care Manor is a 16-bed dementia unit. We provide for residents needing a secured environment and activities to enhance the life of persons struggling with memory and/or behavioral diagnoses.

Pay: $47.00 - $51.50 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus

Matching of 3% 401(k) retirement plan. A $15,000 life insurance policy 100% employer funded with the option to purchase additional voluntary life. We are partnered with AFLAC. Also offering a yearly uniform allowance.

Hours/Shifts: 6a-6p or 6p-6a (24 or 36 hours per week) with optional 5th or 6th weekend off and rotating holidays.
