Strawberry Point Lutheran Home is looking for a dedicated CNA to join our Memory Care Manor, a 16-bed unit specializing in care for residents with dementia. In this role, you will provide compassionate care in a secure environment, helping residents engage in activities that support their well-being and quality of life.
This is a full-time night shift position, perfect for CNAs who thrive in a supportive team environment and enjoy working independently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $21.50–$23.00

Schedule
- Shifts: 6 PM – 6 AM (36 hours/week)
- Holidays: Rotating coverage required
- Weekends: Every 6th weekend
Requirements
- Current CNA certificate in Iowa
- Experience in memory care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to resident needs
- Able to work independently and as part of the care team
